Technical Tours, Culture and Gala Program
The summit does not stay in the hall: five days running from production facilities to the sunken city of Lake Hazar, from the stone architecture of Harput to the gala tables.
Technical Tours
See on site the facilities that make Elazığ the center of Türkiye's trout production. The summit's trade agenda meets its practice in the field.
- Trout farming facility — cage systems, feed management and water quality practice
- Fish processing and export facility — cold chain, packaging and certification processes
- Direct Q&A with facility managers and the chance to build business contacts
Lake Hazar and the Sunken City
A sight with few equals: an ancient settlement resting beneath the clear waters of Lake Hazar. Diving equipment and guidance are provided by the summit.
- Guided diving — separate groups for certified and non-certified participants
- Shore activities and a boat tour for those not diving
- Refreshments and free time on the lakeside

Gala Nights and Gastronomy
Three evenings, three different tables. The most productive part of a business conversation often begins at dinner; the program is built around that.
- The Bounty of the Euphrates Gala Night — 20 October, cheesy trout and regional dishes
- Harput Culture and Gastronomy Night — 21 October, kebab and local cuisine
- Culture and Entertainment Night — 22 October, local concert with late-night orcik and walnut sucuk
The Mardin Program
After the summit closes, a separate three-day program in the stone city for registered guests. Terraces overlooking the Mesopotamian plain, the Ulu Mosque and monastery heritage.

The Mardin program is not included in the summit participation fee; it is requested separately during registration. The delegation's departure time will be announced at the summit closing.
